About the AI Assistant "Prima"
The App's AI assistant "Prima" generates responses using generative AI. Please understand the following before use.
1. Accuracy of output
Prima's responses are produced by generative AI and may contain incorrect, inaccurate, or outdated information. Output is provided for reference only, and its accuracy and completeness are not guaranteed. For important decisions (health, medical, legal, financial, and similar matters), always consult professionals or primary sources.
2. Not medical or professional advice
Prima is a feature intended to support listening and journaling. It does not provide professional diagnosis or advice such as medical care, psychological care, or counseling. In an emergency, or if you are struggling with serious concerns, please contact a specialized helpline or a medical institution.
3. Where your data goes and how it is handled
When you use Prima, data necessary for generating responses (conversations, summaries of history, related journal/task information, camera images for object recognition, and so on) is sent to Anthropic, PBC (Claude API), our AI processing provider. For details, see the "Privacy Policy".
4. Never used for AI training
Data sent is never used to train AI models.
5. A request regarding your input
Please take care not to unnecessarily enter third parties' personal information or sensitive confidential information into your conversations with Prima.
