What kind of app is Primaly?
Primaly is a self-management app where alarms, task and habit management, journaling,
and the AI assistant "Prima" turn your daily efforts into the joy of growing a universe
of your own.

Where do my conversations with Prima go? Is it safe?
They are sent to Anthropic (Claude API) to generate responses, but they are never used
to train AI models. See About AI and the
Privacy Policy for details.
Is what Prima says always correct?
Because it is generative AI, its responses may contain errors. Please treat them as
reference information.
Data & privacy
Where is my data stored?
By default, everything is stored on your device. There is no cloud sync.
Can I transfer my data when changing or resetting my device?
Because data is stored on your device, changing devices or deleting the app
will result in data loss. For important records, please use a device backup
such as iCloud Backup.
How do I delete my account and data?
No account registration is required. Deleting the app from your device erases all
on-device data.
Permissions & troubleshooting
Are health data (sleep, steps) and location permissions required?
They are optional. Without permission, some related features may be unavailable or fall
back to default displays. You can change permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
The alarm doesn't ring / the weather doesn't show, etc.
Please check the app's notification, location, and other permissions in iOS Settings.
